All the wordings have been translated from Arabic to understand the meaning. The prayer has to be made in Arabic.

How to Pray two rakah (Fajr)

Step 1
Make an intention to perform the Salāh for the sake of Allah. Say to yourself (in any language) that you intend to offer this Salāh (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib or Isha), Fard, Sunnat or Witr, and the number of rakahs (example- “I intend to offer two Rakah of Fard, Fajr prayer for Allah”).
Position: qiyam. You are standing upright. Raise both hands up to the ears (palms facing the Qiblah)
What to say: “Allah u Akbar” (Allah is the greatest).

Step 2
Position: Hold the left hand with the right hand on top.
What to say:
1. “Subhanaka Allah humma wa bihamdika, wa tabaraka ismuka, wa ta’ala jadduka, wa la ilaha ghairuk” . (This part is known as Thana (or Sana). It means “Praise and glory be to you O Allah. Blessed be Your Name, exalted be Your Majesty and Glory. There is no God but You”)
2. “Audu bi Allah i mina ashaitanir rajīm” (I seek Allah’s shelter from Satan, the condemned)
3. “Bismillahir rahmanir rahīm” (In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.)
4. Recite Sūrah Al-Fatihah,
“Al humdu lil-lahi rab-bil al ala-mīn. Ar-rahmanir rahīm. Maliki yaumid-dīn. Iyyaka nabudu wa iyyaka nasta een. Ihdinas sirata almustaqīm. Siratal lazhina anamta alaihim, ghairil maghdubi alaihim, wa la adhdhaal līn. (Āmīn)”
“Praise be to Allah, The Cherisher and Sustainer of the Worlds; Most Gracious, Most Merciful; Master of the Day of Judgment. Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek. Show us the straight way, the way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, Those whose (portion) is not wrath, And who go not astray.”
5. Recite any short sūrah or a few verses from the Holy Qur’ān.
Step 3
What to say: “Allah u Akbar”
Position: Ruku Bow with your back perpendicular to your legs. Put your hands on knee.
What to say: “Subhana rabbiya al azīm” (say it three times) (Glorified is my Lord, the Great)

Step 4
Position: While going back to qiyam (upright) position,
What to say: “Samia Allah u liman hamidah” (Allah listens to him who praises Him)
Position: In qiyam position.
What to say: “Rabbana wa laka al hamd” (“Our Lord, praise be for you only”)

Step 5
What to say: While going to the next position of sujood, say “Allah u Akbar”
Position: sujood. Your forehead will touch the floor. Your hands are on the side of your head. Your elbow is away from the floor. Your knee is on the floor. The steps are as follows: first place your knee on the floor, next place your hands, then place your forehead on the floor.
What to say: “Subhana rubbiyal a’ala” (say it three times) (Glory to Allah, the Exalted)

Step 6
What to say: While going to the next position of Jalsa, say “Allah u Akbar”
Position: Rise from the Sujood position. Now you are sitting on the floor, this posture is called Jalsa.
What to say: “’Rabbi-ghfir lī wa rhamnī” (O my Lord, forgive me and have Mercy on me)

Step 7
What to say: While going to the next position of sujood, say “Allah u Akbar”
Position: sujood. Place your hands, then place your forehead on the floor.
What to say: “Subhana rubbiyal a’ala” (say it three times) (Glory to Allah, the Exalted”.)

This completes one rakat

Step 8
What to say: While going to the next position of qiyam, say “Allah u Akbar”
Position: You are standing upright. Hold the left hand with the right hand on top.
What to say:
1. Surah Al-Fatihah, and
2. Any short sūrah or some verses of the Holy Qur’ān.

Step 9
What to say: “Allah u Akbar”
Position: ruku Bow with your back perpendicular to your legs. Put your hands on knee.
What to say: “Subhana rabbiya al azīm” (say it three times)

Step 10
Position: While going back to qiyam (upright) position,
What to say: “Samia Allah u liman hamidah”

What to say: “’Rabbi eghfir lī wa rhamnī”

Step 13
What to say: While going to the next position of sujood, say “Allah u Akbar”
Position: sujood. Place your hands, and then place your forehead on the floor.
What to say: “Subhana rubbiyal a’ala” (say it three times)

Step 14
What to say: While going to the next position of Jalsa, say “Allah u Akbar”
Position: Rise from the Sujood position. Now you are sitting on Jalsa position.
What to say:
“Attahiyat u lil Allah i wa assalawat u wa attaiyibat. Assalam u a’laika aiyoha annabiyyu wa rahmat u Allah i wa barakatuh. Assalam u a’laina wa a’la ībadi e llahi essalihīn. Ashahadu alla ilaha illa Allah u wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasūluh.
(All the salutations, prayers and nice things are for Allah. Peace be on you O Prophet, and the blessings of Allah, and His grace. Peace on us and on all the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that none but Allah is worthy of worship and bear witness that Muhammad is the servant and messenger of Allah.) This is known as Tashahud or Attahiyat.
(Position: raise your right index finger up while reciting the last part of this prayer)

“Allah umma salli a’la Muhammadin wa ala aali Muhummadin, kama sallaita ala Ibrahīma, wa ala aali Ibrahīm, innaka hameedun majīd. Allah u mma barik a’la Muhammadin wa ala aali Muhummadin, kama barakta ala Ibrahīma, wa ala aali Ibrahīm, innaka hamīdun majīd”.
(“O God send your Mercy on Muhammad and his posterity as you sent Your mercy on Abraham and his posterity. You are the Most Praised, The Most Glorious. O God, send your Blessings on Muhammad and his posterity as you have blessed Abraham and his posterity. You are the Most praised, The Most Glorious”. )

Add a short prayer “Rubbana aatina fi uddunya hasanatun wa fi l aakherati hasanatan, waqina a’zabannar” (Our Lord, grant us the good of this world and that of the Hereafter and save us from the Fire of Hell.)

Step 15
Position: Turn the face to the right. This is called salam
What to say: “Assalam u a’laikum wa rahmatu Allah”. (Peace and mercy of Allah be on you.)

Step 16
Position: Turn the face to the left. This is called salam
What to say: “Assalam u a’laikum wa rahmatu Allah”.

This completes two rakat of Salāh.

How to pray three rakats (Magrib)

In order to perform a three rakah Salāh, all the postures and the prayers are the same up to step 13. But this time in on step 14, recite up to “Attahiyat u lil Allah i wa assalawat u wa attaiyibat. Assalam u a’laika aiyoha annabiyyu wa rahmat u Allah i wa barakatuh. Assalam u a’laina wa a’la ībadi e llahi essalihīn. This is known as Tashahud or Attahiyat. Saying Allahu akbar, return back to the qiyam position, step 8. This time only Al-Fatihah, (in step 8) alone will be recited without adding any surah of the Holy Qur’ān. Then all prayers and postures are the same as shown from step 9 - 16.

How to pray four rakats (Dhuhr, Asr and Isha)

In order to perform a four rakat prayer, all the postures and the prayers are the same up to step 13. In Step 14 only the prayer of “Tashahud or Attahiyat will be recited, and the qiyam position, step 8, will be resumed. In position 8 only Al-Fatihah, alone will be recited without adding any sūrah. Step 8 - 13, completes the third rakat, the qiyam position, step 8, will be re-assumed. In position 8 only Al-Fatihah, will be recited without adding any sūrah.
